Do you offer Refunds?

Sorry, but we can't issue refunds on tickets unless we postpone or cancel the event. Most of our events sell out quickly so you may be able to resell them on our facebook page. If we cancel an event all tickets are refunded. If we postpone an event tickets will be transferred to the new date and you will be offered a refund if you cannot make that date. Refunds will only be issued before the screening - f you cannot make the new date and have not informed us beforehand we cannot offer a refund afterwards.

Can I bring the kids?

That depends on the film rating. As long as they meet the age requirements they can watch the film.

What if it rains?

If its light rain we continue with the movie. If the weather is torrential rain or high winds and we have to cancel the event, we'll give you replacement tickets for another one of our screenings or a full refund. If we can we will make an early call if the threat of gales seems too bad we do - we normally aim to give 24 hours notice where possible but all screenings really are subject to weather conditions. Please make sure you provide an up to date email address as we will contact you by email with event updates, should the need arise.

Can I bring a BBQ?

Sorry, but no BBQs or naked flames of any kind.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No. There will be a bar and hot food available throughout the night. Depending on the venue there will be a range of options at reasonable prices.

What time does the film start?

We can only start projecting once the sun goes down, so we start just after sunset. We do open earlier so you can come and enjoy the venue, catch up with your mates and enjoy a drink or two before the movie starts. Please check each films details for the start time.

Are there toilets?

There are toilets at all the screenings including facilities for disabled guests. Some venues have limited facilities - for example Chepstow Castle has no toilets so we use portable toilets supplied specifically for our events.

What should I wear / bring?

Check the forecast and dress appropriately. Bring something to sit on - ie picnic blankets or camping chairs. Bring a sleeping bag or blanket and snuggle up, with a few scatter cushions, it's up to you! Other things that could be handy are torches, lanterns, socks or a waterproof, garlic to scare the vampires, beautiful singing voices.
